Alif Live at the warehouse | World Music Week 2023

Live at the warehouse , a performance series, brings together independent artists to amplify new voices and divergent thoughts through music, comedy, theatre, and dance along with multidisciplinary experiences. Alif is a multifaceted artist, and a renowned singer, songwriter, and poet. His performances tell a powerful story - one that is relevant and bold, filled with colloquial references to our society, and features satirical music, poignant poetry, hope and a celebration of strength. Alif has been honored with the esteemed Dada Saheb Phalke Award for his mesmerizing track ‘Lalnawath’ and an IIMA Award for the Best Folk Song for his soul-stirring composition ‘Ride Home’ featuring Noor Mohammad.  His remarkable journey in music extends to his notable appearance on Coke Studio Bharat Season 1.   We are excited to welcome back Mohammad Muneem, the brilliant artist behind Alif, and his band to the G5A warehouse's Black Box.
