Over the years he has understood that sound is energy that flows through everyone. Using deep frequencies to stir this energy in his listeners, he focuses on sounds that challenge the mind, energise the body, and explore the soul. He was exposed to electronic music in London, UK during his formative years and has been a Producer/DJ ever since. He has shared the stage with artists like DJ Stingray, Om Unit, Pangaea, Fixate, TommyFourSeven, Textasy, KUTMAH, Funkineven, Ivy Lab, Cinnaman, Champion and Rider Shafique to name a few and performed at prestigious events like Magnetic Fields Festival, Bass Camp Festival, Leviʼs Music Week, Bira91 Festival etc. As a DJ he is comfortable exploring and fusing sounds ranging from Techno to Jungle, House to Dubstep and everything in between. Marbman: Marbman (a play on Marlboro man) is Bombay-based Aalhad Joshi's Producer/DJ project. Indian classical music in various forms pervaded his life as Aalhad developed an affinity for musical appreciation through tabla during his childhood. Furthering the ability to understand the nuances attached to musical expression, Marbman's early productions were a fresh addition to the lo-fi, acid & outsider house space. Besides independent releases on SoundCloud, his music was signed to New Delhi based, Antariksh Records & Mumbai-based Nrtya,. 2020 saw Marbman put his music out on Lobster Theremin (UK) & No, She Doesn't (Portugal), BoxoutFM Recordings & Bare Recordings garnering love and appreciation from selectors like Q-Radio, Raji Rags, Danielle, Suchi & Lefto. Sakshi: Sakshi is an electronic DJ from Bombay. She is always in search of the most intimate and inclusive dance floors, which has influenced her music selection as a DJ. With sets heavily lined with house, disco, and funk, she intends to leave people with nothing but feel-good vibes.
