TopCat CCU is stoked to announce that Mumbai based metal outfit Bhayanak Maut is finally coming to Kolkata! Bhayanak Maut was formed in November 2003. Their line-up is spearheaded by Aman Virdi - backed by Rahul Hariharan, Ishaan Krishna, Venkatraman Ramalingam and Aditya Gopinathan. Anyone who has ever seen the band live will tell you that this is one band that you can’t afford to miss! Support by GOOD As GROSS GOOD AS GROSS (GAG) is an Extreme Metal act from Kolkata, reformed in July 2019. They play a unique blend of technical death metal and new age death core comprising of fast blast beats to spine breaking breakdowns resulting in a sound that is truly versatile and brutal. Major influences which have shaped the genre of the band are Whitechapel, Rings of Saturn and Thy Art is Murder amongst many others. GAG were declared one of the winners of IIT Kharagpur’s Spring Fest Wildfire 2020. Currently based in Kolkata, India the band is set to release their debut EP this year.
