WOO YORK Since the start of their career in 2009, the Kiev-based duo Woo York has come a long way from being local heroes to becoming an internationally recognized live act with their own signature sound. They are constantly developing their live show, innovating with studio productions and widening their audience globally. Woo York’s improvisational, hardware-based live set combines both energetic and experimental techno elements with acid leads and euphoric atmospheres. They deliver a powerful, driving, dark-yet-sophisticated sound that is truly singular within today’s techno scene. They now have a touring schedule including many of the most revered events worldwide and show no signs of slowing down VIRTUAL GEISHA Kraków’s finest, Virtual Geisha has played a major role in shaping the city’s dance music scene as we see it today. She has been behind the decks for over 4 years, and simultaneously founded the party series Trips for the Lonely Hearted— that has seen the likes of artists such as Alienata, Fallbeil, December in the past. As an avid vinyl collector, her eclectic taste spans from early trance music, cosmic electro, melancholic experimental ambient, trippy tribal sounds to proper banging techno rooted in the oldschool. She made her humble beginnings in the world of music production with the internet television series for one of a major visual art museums - centrum Sztuki Zamek Ujazdowski in Poland named ‘I Easily Burn’, for which she produced the background score where experimental music cross with bumping acid techno made in tribute to old time raves.
