About the Artist - dotdat is a rising force on India’s Techno scene. Hailing from Pune (India), his releases on KSR Records, Knowledge Imprint and Truncate have gained the support of Ben Sims, Josh Wink, Zadig, Amotik, Setaoc Mass and many more. The last few years have seen him play at major international venues such as Watergate: Berlin, City Hall: Barcelona, De Marktkantine: Amsterdam, Womb:Tokyo and an appearance at Dommune: Tokyo. Closer home, he’s brought his unique sound to the Resident Advisor x Magnetic Fields Club Night (Delhi) and Awakenings (VH1 Supersonic, India). Dotdat is now a household name in the Indian touring circuit with plans to expand. With the intention to create a space for the sound he loves, he started Ascension: a residency to share his unique take on techno with the clubbers of India. 2021 kicked of with a release on Observant, a homegrown label where he scouts new and old talent as their A&R representative. Adding to that, he put out a three track EP in collaboration with Truncate and a recent remix for Spazio Magentico. The rest of the year holds many exciting projects for dotdat. Stay tuned for more!
