APEX is an audio-visual experience inspired by the continuous human conquest of racing towards our highest point of achievement. After multiple shows across the country, the show finally comes alive in Mumbai. The brainchild of producer Tejas Nair aka SPRYK has been consistently redefining the role of an independent electronic artist across various spectra. For ‘APEX’, Spryk will be using electronic music as a storytelling tool along with generative visuals by Cursorama, cutting-edge lighting design by Naveen Deshpande, and a unique stage set up as his canvas. Originally a special commission that debuted at Magnetic Fields Festival 2019. APEX premiered online for the first time on 12th August 2020 on Boiler Room x Wild City - Streaming from Isolation. The show is also on its way to taking shape as a metaverse concert experience on 'Vitamin-E'. The music he explores ranges from lush thoughtful soundscapes to intricate granular textures. Bass music has always been an underlying aspect of his sound palette. It's the foundation over which he explores his own productions and DJ sets that are reminiscent of organic and cyberpunk aesthetics in hopes to invoke a sense of space, form, interconnectivity and movement. EchoFloat's sounds are heavily inspired by artists like Telefon Tel Aviv, Nosaj Thing, Lorn, Amon Tobin, Autechre, Valance Drakes, Nonotak Studio, FIS, Rob Clouth and labels like Warp, Subtext Recordings, Outlier Recordings, Terra Null, etc. No mask, No entry.
